Whenever I see Dr McLean he's very pleasant. Caring and patient and he listens
NEVER book an appointment here. I had an appointment scheduled with these clowns for today. They canceled it TWO MINUTES before - yes you have that correct. TWO MINUTES. I visited Dr. Mclean in June of last year at the behest of my PCP Daniel Razzano for autoimmune issues. I scheduled this appointment earlier this week as a video call for 3:20 PM. I received a call from Dr. Mclean's office at 2:40 ...
I was a patient of Dr McLean for many years, he has an incredible bedside manner. He listens, consults with you and has all the cutting edge and soon to be coming medicines. Overtime I thought of him more as a consultant and a friend. His knowledge of all things medical is encyclopedic. He was on a phone call one day with a cardiologist he was helping with a patient. Everything he told the cardiologist, he was able to share which medical book or Medical Periodical it came from and the month and page number. He's very nice, professional, has a sense of humor, is compassionate and extremely knowledgable about Rheumatology, Fibromyalgia and really everything medical. He is incredible.
TERRIFIC DOCTOR! Dr. McLean is the second rheumatologist I have seen for fibromyalgia treatment. He listens, and takes my concerns regarding mainstream fibromyalgia treatments seriously, (first doctor did not). I am not on anti-depressants, and with his help, I have been able to return to work full time. I no longer allow fibromyalgia to define me, and I would not have reached this point without Dr. McLean.
Dr. McLean is bright, personable, and caring. He is "a doctor's doctor."
I was pleasantly surprised with Dr McLean. Although I had some difficulty navigating his office staff to finally get an appointment as recommended by my internist, I found him to be extremely attentive, caring and knowledgable. He spent a great deal of time with me, asked many questions and explained everything thoroughly. I would most definitely see him again and recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Mclean is the most caring physician I have met in a long time. He does not stand with his hand on the door knob while he talks with you. Rather, he sits and listens and gives as much time as needed. He returns calls.
Dr. McLean - rheumatologist/internal medicine - WARNING: If you are a woman......STAY AWAY! Dr. McLean has absolutely no knowledge of women's health issues relating to rheumatology or internal medicine. I have many autoimmune conditions including chronic pain/fatigue. All of my health conditions are clearly shown on four years of lab reports and yet he claims there is nothing wrong with me. Subsequently, I researched and discovered a doctor in CT who acknowledges my illnesses and is SUCCESSFULLY treating these issues. I was a patient with debilitating pain and fatigue and was dismissed by this sadly undereducated physician. A doctor who refuses to keep up to date with science is NOT doctor you should be seeing. STAY CLEAR OF THIS QUACK!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
