Very good Doctor! Listens to patients concerns and answers their questions.

Dr. Robicheaux is a caring doctor who listens attentively to my health issues. She is very thorough in exams and testing. I enjoy my office visits with her and appreciate the care she gives me.

Very good doctor who is careful and engaged in treatment. She takes time and listens. Her office is great and they respond to phone call request asap. I am extremely pleased!

Very good doctor and very good nurse named Samantha. I have been very pleased.

I've heard good things about her, but appointments are almost impossible. My husband was referred by his prior rheumatologist when we moved to the area. They never called to tell him about his appointment, but were sure to let him know that she wouldn't see him for at least six months after he missed the appointment he didn't know about. He was on a med that has to be monitored for toxicity risks and then had to stop taking it until he could find another rheumy. His condition worsened to the point of developing scleritis, but her archaic scheduling policy still prohibited him from being seen. Their office, like most of those at GC, needs some major modernization. Plan on driving to Shreveport.

NEVER again...had to reschedule appt. … receptionist suggested "face time" appts...told her that I do NOT have the means to do that, she failed to mention, "phone calls"..i ran out of meds a two days later...called office to have refilled...response was, "no, because I rescheduled appt...…..6 weeks later office called to confirm appt..via cell phone, asked her to call my house phone....the same number that "she" called to remind of appt.....have been out of meds for 8 weeks, anxiously waited for dr.'s phone call... THE CALL NEVER CAME...I called her office 10 minutes before office closed, they were GONE for the day...

Tricare set up an appointment with Dr Robicheax back in April for my arthritis for the 25th of June. I have been off my meds for months and now can hardly move. They called to verify my appointment on the 24th. I went too Ruston yesterday and they called me after had drove all the way there and told me she will no longer see disabled veterans. So now I must feel this pain and get worse white I wait months for another docter to see me. She had two months to inform me of this , but waited till the day of my appointment.

Love love love her! I have been seeing her for years and she is not only thorough but had excellent bedside manners. She has always squeezed me in when i have issues and the treatment plan she has me on has been successful. It is clear she cares for patients. Highly recommend. Her staff are awesome as well??

Her staff seems very overwhelmed by any extra work such as dealing with your insurance company. It takes forever to get test results from that office. Getting medication or test authorized you have to be an advocate for yourself otherwise you will be forgotten. The physician herself has a wonderful bedside manner very friendly listens well I have no complaints about her.
