List of William P Sanders's Reviews
I’m very pleased with Dr. Sanders. He takes a great deal of time to listen and keeps the patient involved in decision making.
Dr. Sanders is an excellent doctor. He is a good listener and cares about you as a patient.
He is the best Doctor in town!
He is a wonderful Doctor, who listens to his patients. He has been my family's PCP since he started working in Ruston. We could not ask for better.
Not bad for a G.P. but probably best to stay away and go to a specialist.
Dr. Sanders has been our family doctor since we moved here in 2012. I wouldn’t want anyone else to treat myself or my children. Excellent man and fantastic doctor.
First time to see him. My husband is a healthy, athletic man with pneumonia. Dr. Sanders wouldn’t even confirm if it was pneumonia, only he thought it could be but we would have to wait for radiology. He had abosolutely no concern that my husband went from healthy to pale, clammy, cold and coughing in 3 hours time. He said one could have nothing to do with the other. He has no bedside manner. Dr. was cold and offered no explanation to anything he did. He is what this world is committing to
My fist AND LAST visit!! My husband is a healthy, athletic man. He has had flulike symptoms (it’s Feb.). After four days he wasn’t getting better so we decided to try Dr. Sanders. He offered no explanation for anything. He wouldn’t even confirm pneumonia. He was going to treat him for pneumonia. The flu test was negative. I asked how a healthy person could get so sick so quick....he had no reply. He was in and out of the room so quick, I can hardly tell you what he looks like! They did not do bloodwork. They did not even take a pulse ox!!! Man with trouble breathing. Did not check his O2 levels!! Do NOT risk your life on him!
I was formerly with another primary care physician who tended to wait and watch, Dr. Sanders did more in two weeks about my raising blood pressure, knee and joint pain, etc. than the other doctor did in 5 years. Just a matter of yearly maintenance since then.
Nothing more than a slab of meat. Would never return to his office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
