Good luck getting anyone to call you back for an appointment or to get your rx corrected when they call you in the WRONG ONE, multiple times, even when you send pictures of the correct prescription they wrote prior! They do not have their ducks in a row and my dh is suffering drastically because of it. They obviously couldn't care any less.

I recently visited Dr. Malur as I had to switch my Primary Care Physician. His office staff were WONDERFUL, from the Receptionist, to the Medical Assistants and Nurses, to the Doctor himself. Everyone was so very friendly and kind. He reviewed my previous history thoroughly and set me up for some tests I was due for. He was ON TIME, patient and courteous with me, and explained things to me that none of my other doctors have ever taken the time to explain to me. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel uncomfortable asking questions; he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable in his field and cares deeply for his patients. He also has a great bedside manner - he's very easy to talk to openly and very approachable with a friendly demeanor. I am confident that I will be staying with Dr. Malur from now on as my Primary Care DR. I highly recommend him. He is an asset to OLOL Ascension Physician Group!

I am fairly new to the area so I was looking for a new doctor. Well decided to give Dr. Malur a try! First of all he said there was no way I had pancreatitis because I was overweight. I have been battling with Pancreatitis for 18 years even with the fact that I’m overweight. He said I was lying and that there was nothing he could do because normally people with pancreatitis are really thin. He went through all my medical records and still accuse me of lying. Don’t waste your time or money on him. Plus you will have to wait for about an hour to be seen with his rude self.

you could not ask for a better doctor the way he treats his patients and try's to squeeze you in if possible and his nurse practioner and nurse staff are without question so good and pleasant.
