Dr. Phillips performed my procedure yesterday. He answered my questions both before and afterwards and scheduled a follow up. The whole staff were top notch and I have absolutely no complaints. I came out of the anesthesia immediately and didn't have any grogginess at all. They also warned me about gas pain but I didn't have any of that either. This was my first time to use the dulcolax/miralax prep and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It's so much easier than drinking the prescription nasty stuff! Highly recommend!

I came there for an upper and a lower scope June 28th 2022. I am absolutely overwhelmed at how polite and professional everyone there is. Everyone from the front desk all the way to the doctors themselves, The anesthesiologist, Dr. Phillips and a nurse named Craig were extremely nice to me and my driver. The staff also knew that my youngest daughter(a teen) was my driver and they knew that I was very concerned about her being in the waiting room alone and worried. They made sure that she was with me when I left to go back for the procedure and they made sure that she was sitting at my feet before I even woke up. I know this was not something that they had to do. They did it because they are extremely nice people. I honestly don’t know how they stay as nice as they are with as much as they do in one day every day of the week. Saying thank you just doesn’t seem enough. It is all I can do right now. Dr. Philips is very kind and caring. He takes time to answer any questions you may have prior to your procedure and explains his findings after your procedure. I have gone to Dr. Philips for many years and will continue to do so.

Dr. Philips provided first class service during my visit. He gave me a thorough explanation before and after my procedure and at no time did I feel he was overly busy and rushing to finish with me. The entire staff was very friendly, pleasant and attentive. I recommend Dr. Philips without hesitation and for myself would see him again if I was in need of care in his specialty.
