F. Thomas Siskron's Online Review Report Card

Very concerned with my 9 am visit today. Went in for a BCG treatment. Have had them in the past and last Friday as well. I normally have one of two nurses and they are very professional. Today I had a new nurse I had never meet before. She greeted me as we went to the back for the treatment. She had no mask on, when I mentioned it to her she retrieved one. She then took my temperature, weight, and blood pressure. Took me to the treatment room and told me she would be back. All the other times I was taken to a room to empty my bladder, she by passed that. I drink lots of water before I go so that I will be completely empty when I retrieve the treatment and the nurses check to see if I am emptying my bladder completely. I am instructed to go home and lay front, left side, back then right side for a total of 30 minutes each. So with driving time you have approximately 2.5 hours before you can relieve yourself. I came out of the room and ask another nurse at the desk if I was going to skip that step this time? She told me no go ahead and handle it. When I got in that room I realized the equipment wasn't set up for me to use it. I came out again and ask for someone to handle that for me and the nurse at the desk did. I went back to the room and my original nurse came and told me to disrobe. Again another first, my normal nurses tell me to disrobe and lay on the examination table and give me a covering to cover up with and leave the room and tell me that will give me sometime and return. All this time she is standing there watching. She does the catheter and was far from gentle like the nurses before. She then told me to get dressed and come out when I am finished and she started to leave, stopped and told me she accidental kicked one of the slides I was wearing and she thought it was under the chair. The other times I was given the treatments the nurses performing the procedure would sit out a package of wet wipes and some tissue and tell me I could clean up before getting dressed, not this time. Really concerned about returning for my next treatment Friday and the future ones planned over the next year and a half.

Everything went very well. Really fine doctor! Very glad my primary doctor recommended him. He really knows his business. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

I visited F Thomas Siskron IV office on 1-29-19. His front desk reception and nurses are amazing. Dr F Thomas Siskron was the worst experience with a doctor with a doctor in my husband 26 years of him being in the military. He was very rude and condescending. Iot like going to his office and telling him you are 50 years old. Wy ar you holding on to your hair for dear life You are going bald that normal for someone your age. Many men would have came to grip with them losing their hair by now. That is the way he made me felt when u left his office on 1-29-19. I would never refer any to him.

This is the best Dr! So understanding and caring! First time I saw him was I. Hospital and best bedside manners I’ve had.

No long wait to see Dr Siskron.Professional staff. Prompt courteous service. Dr Siskron and staff puts you right at ease.Highly recommend.

After 2 1/2 years of recurring UTI infections, Dr Siskron was referred to me by my family dr. Dr Siskron was able to identify the problem, and he explained why the UTI was misdiagnosed and therefore recurring. With an outpatient surgery , Dr Siskron was able to fix my bladder. His diagnosis was accurate and I am no longer having bladder pain. I feel like Dr Siskron is a miracle worker!! ??
