Love him…he is the only one who actually sat down and looked at my skin and listened to me! Gave me the. Medicine I should have had 5 mos ago…he was awesome!! The other doctors in the office are too worried about filling in the blanks on their iPod and I could NOT get her to do a culture..and worries more about filling out her blanks on her IPAD. I would think the nurse next to her should be doing that but I guess some of them aren’t capable…

Overpriveledged young doctor with no apparent time, or concern to follow up with patients, or to return patient calls, regardless of the severity of the condition. Don't waste your time or 650.00 dollars on this Doctor or clinic.

Dr. Heard was most respectful and informative. His "bedside" manner is one that is most appreciative from a patient viewpoint. I highly recommend him as your dermatology physician.

Very poor experience as a new patient with Dr. Cooper Heard. As I was waiting in exam room, I overheard him being unprofessional in the hallway, which lasted about twenty minutes. Then e completed a very brief exam and wrote a prescription. He was in my exam room less than 2 minutes. I was unable to ask questions. I was referred to him by a different specialist and I was overall very disappointed with him. Normal wait time in waiting room and the rest of staff was helpful.
