My experience was very positive . I have allergies and had had covid 19 a month before I met with DR. Johnson. She let me in very early and treated a nasty sinus infection and prescribed an epi pen for me!!! It took a while for me to fill out the new forms and the staff waited while I slowly filled them out.

Very impressed with Dr Johnson! She took her time with my daughter. She listened to her entire history and every symptom. She thinks outside of the box and she tells you exactly what she is thinking and why her medical knowledge has her leaning towards one thing or the other.

This review is for the staff at the immunology clinic. Horrible front desk staff. The white girl sitting at the front desk is rude as hell. Our appointment was at 9.00 am. My baby sitter got there at 9:05 and I got there at 9:13. I was trying to Slide my clipboard that I finished filling out through her window while she was talking to another patient and she snubbed me rudely to wait for my turn. We got bumped and seen at 11 15 after repeated requests. I am definitely changing my doctor after this encounter. People at the front desk need to be polite and not make patients uncomfortable. Just because my baby was crying every body was staring rudely , like they have never seen crying kids in pain… all in all very rude staff that made me and my baby sitter very uncomfortable.

If you want a great doctor that cares then choose Dr. Lori! She is the most knowledgeable doctor that I've ever met. 100⭐s

Visit was within time period. Spent time asking questions any new Dr./patient would require. Performed allergy tests promptly. Main issue was addressed briefly with not a lit of feedback. Repeatedly contacted office for a conversation about issues continuing to be an issue. Have yer to receive a communication with her from my messages. Guess the only way to speak with her is to make another appointment. Frustrating!!!

I love Dr. Lori Johnson! She seems to care and wants to help minimize the suffering of her patients that have severe allergies.

Technically proficient, very approachable, genuinely concerned. You are not just a number, people! She is a doctor that actually cares enough to listen to what you say. Anyone who has ever been to an allergist before knows that sometimes it takes a few tries to determine the absolute best solution for your issue. Dr. Johnson is methodical, caring, and persistent enough to help you find the best solution. I would definitely recommend her without hesitation. The only negative thing I could say is that I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. Compared with a lot of other doctors, that isn't much. I did feel like it was worth the wait when I saw her because she took her time and did a very thorough history and physical on me. She has helped me a lot and I appreciate it even though this review will probably make it harder for me to get an appt. Dr. Johnson really is a great doctor.

Dr. Johnson is AWESOME! She is my son's allergist and she is so thorough. She is very personal. You don't have to worry about a nurse calling you to talk about test results... She calls herself!

Dr. Johnson has been my son's allergist for the last few years. Last year, she found a problem in his blood work. She immediately brought it to my attention, took time to tell me what it was all about, referred me to a wonderful specialist, and followed up with me on him. She even kept the faith with me that nothing bad would come of this problem. She may have some quirks, but that's what I like about her.

Need to be more concern about the patientneeds and not how much weight she loss.
