I recently moved from out of state with a hyperparathroid issue that needs delicate surgery. I was skeptical that I would find adequate doctors locally to help me but today I was proved wrong. I was lucky to have been referred to Dr. Pokhrel who was consistently knowledgeable about my condition and also, respectful, and solution-oriented. I left his office relieved and IMPRESSED!

Uncaring. Lack of knowledge. Major staff issues. When I got a second opinion from another doctor, I got an immediate diagnosis and treatment plan which has been successful.

Dr. Binod Pokhrel was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He conversed with me and made me feel comfortable and like I was talking to a friend. He listened to my concerns about taking a certain medication and understood. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.

He does not care how he treats you. Your questions are irreverent to him and he expressed it several times. His communication is horrible and can’t remember anything he tells you. He also gets mad when he refers your elsewhere and they make the decision to send you elsewhere without him knowing. He treats you and talk to you like a child. He also starts out ok and he tries to make it seem like he is the best and no one else is better than him and tries to make you think u can’t get better care.
