From a professional standpoint, I cannot complain about the ability to resolve the issue. However, from a financial standpoint, the office does not provide clear guidance regarding which insurance dental or medical, they will bill. Nor do they state if they are out of network on either insurance. Thus, you may get a surprise bill.

I have visited Dr. Brandner’s office quite a few times and have always been treated like I was being watched over while there. The staff all have their dedicated task and are constantly asking if you need anything. Dr. Brandner is a highly skilled oral surgeon. He has traveled to foreign countries to perform reconstruction surgeries. His knowledge is endless in his field. I would and do highly recommend Dr. Craig Brandner.

I had a similar experience to Sean Moody. Although their website clearly states that they accept Aetna, and Aetna has them listed as “In-Network,” the office manager shamed me for showing up for the appointment I had. I am on a fixed income, but have Medicare complete, to help with Dental & Vision, when I need it. I recently had two past filings crack, leaving at least one root exposed on each tooth. When I called to schedule, they gathered my insurance info and told me what the ‘cash’ payment would be (should my insurance not cover my visit). When I showed up, they again took my insurance info. My condition was self-evident, Dr. Bradner took all of 3 1/2 minutes to confirm the condition of my two teeth. Upon check-out, the lady indicated that I owed several hundred dollars just for the consult (nothing had been done as of yet). When I indicated that I was only able to pay $50.00, the office manager (Ms. Barbara) came over in disgust, immediately inquiring why I came to the appointment if I didn’t have the entire cash payment on hand?! I explained that I was in terrible pain from any pressure, temperature, or movement. To what she exclaimed: “So”. I was taken aback for a moment until I remembered I had insurance, but once I remembered, I re-informed her of this, to which she immediately replied: “We don’t accept your insurance!” Humiliated, this went on for some time (in front of their entire staff and the few patients remaining in the waiting area). She didn’t ever attempt to run my insurance, nor would address the issue that their website clearly states that they accept Aetna. I reckon I found out the hard way that they don’t accept Aetna. 🤷‍♂️ Dr. Bradner had extracted a tooth for me two years ago. I had been set up on a payment plan to cover all the costs … and I paid it off ahead of schedule. My experience was extremely disappointing. If you end up choosing Dr. Bradner, I hope your experience with their staff is less humiliating than mine, and you are able to get relief in a timely manner. Good luck, …disappointed…

Dr. Brandner made my surgery quick and easy today! Would highly recommend this surgeon and staff! I had my surgery today and am feeling fine so far!

I have visited Dr. Brandner’s office on multiple different occasions. The staff has always been compassionate and respectful of my needs. Dr. Brandner has always been empathetic to my medical needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Brandner and his office for any or your oral services.

If you’re suffering from TMJ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this doctor. Not only was he insulting, but he doesn’t know what he’s talking about! Highway robbery!!! Dr. Brandner doesn’t even deserve one star! My recommendation: Dr. Scaffidi I highly recommend his services for treating TMJ.
