If you are a new patient or looking for a urologist DO NOT COME HERE. The staff is nice but expect to be waiting in the waiting room 1 hour + pass you appointment time. If your appointment is at 11 expect no sooner then 12 to be roomed and maybe see doctor at 12:30. This doctor is more worried about how many patients he see then quality, so unless you have all day to wait for your timed appoinment I suggest look for another doctor.

Cared and took time to listen to my concerns. Was always on time for any type of procedure. Diagnosis was also correct and timely.

Softest hands in slidell! In a game where all the marbles count there is no one else I would rather handle mine. You've tried the rest now trust the best.

Dr. Neitzchman is professional and easygoing.....didn't give me any pushback and respected my wishes. The procedure was quick and recovery was 100 percent painless which I never expected. Been over a year later and very happy.

I got my vasectomy from Dr.Harold and as a straight male saying this ! He was ultra professional .That , kept me calm and cool during the vasectomy process . Been a couple year after the vasectomy. I been with a few aaand no unwanted kids so far !!! Thank yall 💓

Dr. Neitzschman saved my life. I was received by him in the E. R. @ the wee hours in a severe septic condition. He retrieved a giant blockage & sent it out for analysis. I would not be here today if not for him! My follow ups in his clinic are always to the point, which I value. THANK YOU DOCTOR!! I refer any who seek solutions to hire you, as their FIRST CHOICE. Incredibly rude, arrogant, and disrespectful after a 2 plus hour wait. He interrupted me when I was trying to explain what was wrong and was not interested in my family history or what the problem was. He ordered an antibiotic that has a potentially fatal interaction with one of my medications. It took three days for his office to call me about it after the pharmacy called them. He refused to change the prescription, discuss options with me, or discuss it with the pharmacist. The staff member that called about it was rude and suggested I just stop taking the other medication without any regard for the reason I was on the other med.

For a scheduled surgery in which he was to assist, he arrived 48 minutes late. The wait time increased patient anxiety as relaxing medications wore off and warming blankets cooled. Walked off past patient family member(s) without explanation or salutation, observably rushed. We hope he performed better and to expectations during surgery.
