Dr. Thomas is personable, professional, has a great bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of medical. I feel very comfortable and confident in relation to his providing care for my particular health issues.

Agree with previous comment. No communication with patient and doctor. Doctor tells family one thing in hospital and patient another after having to wait 2 weeks to get appoitment to dicuss what he found in procedure. Also, still did not have typed report. Office staff said he still had the dictation. I guess he made diagnosis from memory.

Compared to other specialists, Dr. Thomas is non-approachable and does not view the team (patient and doctor) approach to management as acceptable. He does not welcome questions nor does he explain(educate)to the patient about his or her medical issues. The office and the communiction practices need improvement. Why is there no website? Why is there no email available? Why is there little office assistance in solving insurance problems? why does it take multiple calls to get a question addressed or a problem solved? Why are several of his fees and in house procedures higher than other specialists?
