List of Jordan Diamond's Reviews
Very uncomfortable at the Inland Office on Division.First after consultation I had an estimate which included a $100 charge for Local 95(numbing medicine) which should have been included in surgery, they argued that I have to pay for it, and I told them I will look over it and call my insurance provider, two days later they call me back and say I don’t have to pay it. The day of the operation I was told I must pay before work is started, and I was concerned because I usually pay after work is complete. I finally just agreed to pay before so I can have my tooth pulled and Dr. Diamond refused to provide me any services because of my concerns with the billing, I asked for antibiotics as he knows my tooth is infected and he refused. As I’m leaving he smirks and tells me to have a nice day sarcastically. During the first visit he seemed to be on trustworthy, mumbling words not making eye contact, and not listening to what I have to say. Would not recommend this doctor, very uneasy.
No, I would not recommend Dr. “Diamond”. I cancelled my procedure when he refused to give me a Rx for anti-anxiety med. His reason was because he did not want me to be under the influence while signing consent (these types of medications do NOT kick in for at least 30 minutes). When I asked about signing the consent before taking med, he had a ready response of I could take a pill he would provide for $125.00. Very conservative. Not looking out for his patient because HE feels uncomfortable? BS. His manner did not help. During consultation he made little to no eye contact, had no sense of humor, and was not very friendly. And keep in mind that I have had a ton of dental work, including surgeries before, and I have never come across someone like him. He should be ashamed. One star is too much in my opinion.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
