Terribly rude front desk etiquette, tell them why you're calling and they gender and speak about you in the 3rd person immediately then act like you're being mysterious about why you're calling. My very favorite thing is when they don't know how to use the hold button so I have to sit through an entire conversation with someone else just for front desk to come back to my call acting like they are annoyed that I'm still here. People only go to this facility because they don't have a choice. Just awful

This clinic is fantastic I needed a same day appointment and they were able to get me in the provider I saw magahn was top knotch! They are all very nice and they helped me with the pain I was in I’ll be back for sure!

I don't typically leave 1-star reviews for a business but out of the desire to protect any future patients from this awful place, I will. I am currently working on my masters in clinical mental health and this clinic (Specifically the Psyh. Nurse Angie) treated me with such disrespect, judgement and actually used the term "immoral" during our session. I had to correct her multiple times during my session and overall left feeling very judged and not helped in the least bit. She hadn't read over my case files or read the counseling documents from the last year that I had sent to them, prior to the visit. My therapist was appauled at their rapport as they tried to obtain those documents a week after my initial appointment without the correct documents. I submitted a complaint and requested a new nurse out of obligation to see if this was just a poor choice in providers and communicated I never heard back from them again. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Just an all around horrible experience. You have to wait months to get an appointment. They constantly blow you off. Then when you finally get in and give them your complaints, they just say you're depressed and prescribe you depression meds.

Do not I repeat DO NOT seek any type of mental health aid from this office, the therapists are great but the psychiatrist is totally a wet rag. She never listens to my problems and literally blows me off. I’ve been going here for months and she says all my issues with depression are just “normal”. Refuses to help or diagnose.

I've been going to this place for 2 years. Never had anyone rude. Love the place and people who work there. They cannot write pain meds or xanax. Which is probably why some people are unhappy

The biggest issue with RKM is their inability to maintain a full staff. I am perpetually waiting 3+ months for appointments and I am routinely sent bills in the mail for appointments I paid for in person.Greedy, unorganized, and absolutely complacent place. This is my first 1 star review in 15 years of writing google reviews.
