She didn't mention any of my concerns. Did the pap smear and left. Told me to lose weight but refused to look at my hormone levels. Didn't answer any questions at all.

The lovely facilities and the pleasant receptionist were top-notch. After my doctor retired, I sought out TRWC because it was an independent system that I thought would work well with my direct primary care physician. I was seen in the office 3 times over a 4-month period for a health issue which is still not resolved. With each visit, I felt I did not have a clear understanding of the plan of treatment. I accessed the patient portal messaging system with my questions and a nurse responded with the doctor's visit summary. Due to the lack of communication, I do not feel I made informed decisions. I always left the clinic with unresolved issues, no identifiable plan, and feeling I had no input or control of my health options. The biggest problem here is a lack of communication from the doctor, nurses who prepped for procedures, and billing. I paid-in-full with each visit to receive an additional bill that was not discussed prior to the procedure. again lack of communication.
Dr. Diebold did not diagnose my mother with an ovarian tumor last year during an annual checkup. My mother passed away 4 months after her annual visit from an ovarian cancer that should have been detected during a regular vaginal exam. Had Dr. DIEbold been more competent at her job, she would have most certainly found the existing issue. Instead she proscribed a different hormone for a 78 year old woman who still had her ovaries and should have NEVER been on hormones to begin with. When the tumor was discovered 2 months after her annual visit, Dr. DIEbold said that she was sorry but she never had a patient with anything like this before. She then refused to assist with further tests when Oschner's was trying to rule out other pre-existing conditions in order to begin treatments. We lost my mom due to a perforation of her colon during a colonoscopy before she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Dr. DIEbold claims to have many credentials.... DON't Believe any of them
My wife had a followup visit to the doctor's office and was asked by the doctor if we would like to perform some additional tests. When we asked for clarification, we were charged for additional fees which were considered "office visit". In additional, the office wasn't up front with the charges that we'll be expecting to see with the services perform. We were surprise to see a huge bill after the followup visit. The doctor and nurse refuse to address us directly and had the office manager called but didn't get this issue resolve as they put it as the patient's fault for lack of knowledge with all the medical procedures and protocols. Very disappointed and would be our very last visit here.
I have been Dr Diebold’s patient for 18 yrs. She has delivered both of my babies and I make it a point to still have her as on Gynecologist even though I moved 4 yrs ago over an hour away. She asked me the other day if I still lived that distance and I told her yes and she smiled. I told her that I was not looking for another doctor and she told me “As long as you still want me as your doctor, I will be your doctor, and I told her as long as you’re still practice, I am coming.” She’s the best!!
I had been a patient of Dr.Diebold for quite a number of years. Every time I had an appointment for my annual pap, it seemed like she would rush through the pap, and when I would discuss any concerns I had, she would throw birth control pills at the problem and go on her way. The last straw was when I had an abnormal pap result, she had a staff member call me to tell me it was abnormal and that she would see me in 6 months for a follow up pap, instead of calling me herself and explaining why it was abnormal and why it was ok to wait 6 months. I chose to get a second opinion from another gynecologist who had no problem in spending enough time with me to explain the abnormal pap and why it wasn’t a concern at that time. Furthermore, the new doctor took the time to listen to the issues I’d been suffering with for years and explained to me that these were abnormal issues. Needless to say I found out from the new doctor that a hysterectomy was needed. Had Dr.Diebold took the time to really listen to my problems, maybe I would not have suffered through so much pain for so long! She is definitely a doctor who believes in quantity not quality! I would never recommend her to anyone!
If you are a young female I would not recommend her. She talks down to you, doesn't answers questions that you are concern about, and refuses to listen about how you feel on certain medications. I was experiencing ovary pains after developing my first know/painful cyst from the medication I was taking; after telling her this she put me back on the same medication, which I still experienced the pains and had a period every two weeks. Hopefully she relates better to older individuals.
Always so nice never rushes listen and does everything to make u better.
She is very unprofessional. She refused to see me after I wanted to switch to her to deliver my second child. My first child had passed away 6 months before prior to me getting pregnant with my second. Because one of her staff members daughter didn't like me. She called me back to inform me that she or anyone else in her office would see me. So not professional at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
