Worse dr I have ever been to. He did a decompression on me. I called multiple times with concerns that my incision was not healing always got the same answer “it’s fine”. Released at 6 weeks and sent to rehab. Very first visit my incision reopened and I had to find my own doctors to check for infection and have my incision scraped open to allow for healing. Now I have the ugliest scar on my back. He does NOT take any kind of interest in his patients once he cuts into them. His office manager saw what was done to me and wanted me to let him make it right. NEVER! That man will never touch me or a family member again. He also wanted to do my husband’s surgery a week after mine. All he wants is the money.

He just did a laminectomy on my wife on 1/22/20 he was very courteous and took time explaining what to look for after the surgery . We have a follow up in 2 weeks on feb 6 . She noticed immediate pain relief and had more mobility . Can’t wait to see how things progress . Would definitely recommend using this Surgeon.His office responded quickly to all messages left

The office staff is not friendly at all. They act like you are bothering them, don't return phone calls are answer questions. Been waiting over a month and a half for them to schedule my surgery. Even after insurance approval 3 weeks later they still haven't scheduled. And say the have no information for me on anything. Leave messages never returns phone call.

Dr Awasthi just did a lumbar spinal fuse on me he is great explains everything going on would recommending him to anyone with back problems
