Very knowledgeable and compassionate about my situation. He listened to my every concern and I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. When I got a little emotional, he got up to get me a tissue for my tears and just allowed me my moment. My mom and I traveled from San Antonio tx to Louisiana for this appt., when we were done he put all away and said you guys have to try a certain restaurant before we leave. We ended our stay at that restaurant and if was a perfect recommendation and greatly needed after all the medical craziness I've been through these passed 20 months. Thank you just for not making it a professional appt but understood we needed a little break. His staff was wonderful help wheel me to the room and was super sweet.. God bless you and your staff.

Do not waste your time with Dr. Todd Cowen ! He suppose to be in Pain Management but is more interested in pleasing the government instead of getting his patient actual relief.He does not care about his patient. Consider this a warning to not waste your time and money.

Dr.Cowen does not care if you're dealing with chronic pain. He only cares about getting paid and staying on the good side of government beauracracy.

Dr. Cowen is great. However, his office staff are easily frustrated whem dealing with insurance issues.

Was sent to Dr. Cowen after seeing another doctor for a while with no success in finding what was wrong. Dr Cowen is a very nice guy and he tries to help you. He was unable to find out what was wrong with my shoulder after 2 MRI's, and months of physical therapy. During visits he also seemed to be rushed and sort of just prescribe me medication and push me through the visit. He did however tell me about a doctor who has now found out what was wrong. One of the girls there was very nice, but the other lady there that took his calls was very inconsiderate, and demanded that I make a visit just to ask a question to Dr. Cowen. All in all he's good at what he does for pain management, and a nice guy.
