I saw Dr. Dev several years back, and he was an AMAZING listener, as well as an extremely compassionate doctor. He asked me about my past, what types of prescriptions have helped me in the past, and what prescriptions he explained may help me even better in the future. As soon as my major medical kicks back in, I'm praying he will be taking me back because I've NEVER come across another amazing psychiatrist since loosing my insurance. Dr. Dev is the BEST in his field and I think most of the people that are giving him terrible reviews, just simply don't know how to 'read' him. I don't think I'll ever find another quite like Dr.Dev, he is one of the top Psychiatrists in Northern, Alabama

Called to make an appt and the number was no longer in service, apparently neither is he. From what I understand he no longer practices in the state of Alabama. It would have been nice to inform your patients!! I find this very unprofessional and disturbing leaving psychiatric patients struggling to find a new doctor with no notice !!

He is always very concerned. Listens well. Does some psychotherapy as well. Pays attention sincerely to concerns of the patient. Never had any problem with office staff, especially office manager. They are very efficient in their jobs. Kind, friendly and caring. I think what people don't understand is that they run a medical office and there are rules and procedures. I love all of them. D.R.

I love Dr. Dev. I've had various success with depression meds for decades. Dr .Dev revised my diagnosis and med plan and completely changed my life. Love, love, love him.

He used to be good, but has gone downhill. Office staff is ineffective and he is often late. If you really need help, try looking somewhere else.

This "physician" took no interest in some dangerous side effects of a medication he prescribed and was dismissive of my concerns. It was obvious that he was totally uncaring.
