Doctor's are fantastic. However, the precert and billing department get 0 stars. They always tell me because I live in Mississippi, I have to pay 50% and not my specialist co-pay, or refuse all together to make an appointment. I can verify they are indeed in network. When I ask them if they don't see Mississippi residents, why do they take Mississippi Medicaid, they look at me like have 3 heads. in have asked to see the policy that I have pay this, and have never once been able to provide it. Funny, thing is my EOB always says I just owe my specialty co-pay. They avoid your phone calls too when you call and question this policy.
