Dr Dunn was on call over the weekend, so I met him for the first time, during my hospital stay. He was very kind, very thorough, and patient while listening to my symptoms and concerns. He made me feel more relaxed about what’s going on with me, and also discussed future recommendations if needed. I highly recommend him! He’s EXCELLENT!

I’ve had crohns and 2 previous long term GI doctors, numerous hospital stays, and I have never been talked down to and had anyone ever comment on me not being educated about my own disease because I didn’t like his opinion and asked why he though it would be the best route for me. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I’ve dealt with doctors in Shreveport, houston, Alexandria, New Orleans, and Monroe. Still just disgusted with the patient care and bedside manner I received

The Best Gastro. Dr EVER!!! He truly cares about his patients and takes time to explain every thing. His office staff is Awsome also. They are all very professional but also very personable.

Highly recommend. I’ve been to many Gastroenterologists and all wrote me off. Dr. Dunn actually listened to me and was determined to find out what was wrong and help.

Dr. Dunn takes the time to explain what is going on using terms you can understand. He has a great bedside manner and is sincere. You can tell he cares about his patients. If that impacts the time in the waiting room, so be it. If I wait a bit because he is taking care of people, that's what I also get when it's my turn. I'd recommend him highly.

My wife saw Dr. Dunn in 2008 because there was no GI doctor in our city. In 2012 she visited the new new GI who had set up practice in our city. 5 years later, her PCP recommended she see a GI again. The GI in our community had moved so she called Dr. Dunn's office & was given an appointment. After driving 35 miles & waiting an hour to see him, Dr. Dunn had his nurse tell my wife that he would not see her because she went to another GI. Unprofessional & rude. So much for the Hippocratic Oath.
