The Nurse Practitioner prescribed me a drug that hasn't been available to pharmacies for months. The office staff strung me along for over two hours saying that they would call a new prescription in only to tell me at the last minute that I "called it in too late," even though the pharmacy faxed them 2 hours before I called to try to find out what was going on, and I called well before closing time to get it ironed out. So I get another completely sleepless night with bronchitis instead of having medicine that could help me out. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

The nurse practitioners are all I see and they seem to all be unable to treat patients with anything other than basic health issues. My mom and wife are diabetic. After a year I've seen no improvement yet the Dr's won't try anything different than what they have.

One star less because the waiting time is too long . If you make appointment at 9:00 they take you around 9:45.

Dr. Green and his ability to comfort patients is awesome. He is an excellent Dr. And I’m proud to say..He is the best there is.

The staff are very friendly and I really liked Dr. Ghanta, she has been great. My issue is that when procedures are performed outside of the building there is no follow up by the clinic. None. I have had to make multiple calls in an effort to track down the results of a procedure that I was told would be ready within 24 hours. I doubt anyone is going to call me over the weekend, so that will put it at six days being the earliest I might have results. Personally I find that unacceptable. During the last conversation I had with anyone at the clinic about it, I was advised that I could call the office that performed the procedure. Shouldn't that follow up be part of my primary care physicians office? It doesn't make me feel confident that they really have my healthcare as a priority. I think it's time to look for another clinic.

Dr. Green and his staff were awesome. I went in fearful of a very serious situation, and he didn't hesitate to act with the proper testing, treatment, and comforting me to ease my state of mind. I would highly recommend Dr. Green to anyone looking for a new family practitioner.
