This place is horrible with horrible service with no care of compassion. What's the point of being a 24 hr facility that suppose to care about people and the nurses are rude and inconsiderate 😒 🙄. Dr. Brooks most inconsiderate doctor ever. Why be in the field of helping people when you really don't want to help. Never seen anything like it but I pray they learn how to care for others cause we never know when it will be the other way around...
I was supposed to go have labs drawn and my Dr told me to call outpatient services first before I drove an hour to get there because it was the day after New Years. When I called and asked, the girl who answered the phone was VERY RUDE!!!!! I had a simple question and when she no the outpatient services were not open she never offered to let me know were I could get my labs done. So when asked she sounded like I was bother her!! Very rude customer service!!! It cost absolutely nothing to be kind and give good customer service!!!
i have doctor gendy and he's amazing! he always cares about the patient and always answers my questions! he's very thorough with his examinations and blood work and i feel very comfortable talking to him about my issues! nurses are so sweet and make me feel welcome every time i come in! and i don't know why people don't like the front desk i happen to love the ladies there, they are always so helpful and so respectful to me when i come in or when i call. and i've only been going here for a year! i definitely recommend! and don't get mad when they ask for a vaccine card or something if your trying to see them while your sick! it's a doctors office! they have other patients there that can't get sick! be considerate.
This hospital was totally disgusting. The room was nasty and the floors was nasty . Everything in room was broke. They treated my mother miserably. She never had sheets changed or a bath. She was supposed to be turned every 2 hours and was not. I had to go to nurses station to get help most of the time I had to ask all employees to help they would come in about 30 minutes or longer. She was pain and would moan loudly they told her to shut up she was keeping other patients awake. And also she has blisters all over her back side. Also said it was against hospital policy to bring a guest tray. I have a print out that says they do.
My mother was in hospital for 4 days never got bed changed never got bath The nurse was so rude. The room was nasty everything in there was broke. My mother was moaning loud nurse told her she had to quit hollering before she woke everyone up never ask her if she was in pain.when she was in there they kept ask about her last bowel moments I kept telling them that she hasn't had one and they gave her nothing until they finally seen she she could not go then finally done something for her couldn't get nothing out of the nurses. The doctor was awesome thank you Doctor Atkins for taking good care of my mother if not for you I would have moved her to a real hospital
Very friendly staff at the office and also at the hospital. Will go back again
Extremely rude front desk staff. Called with an urgent medical issue and they said someone would call me tomorrow. Also has front desk staff call with lab results with zero explanations. When I've asked for a healthcare provider to call me back to answer my question's no response. This office cares about business first not it's patients care.
They call themselves a doctor's office but they won't see you if you're sick. So what exactly do they do there? I had diverticulitis with a fever but they wouldn't see me. I work in a hospital and I would lose my job if I denied care to a sick person. Not everyone has COVID. There are other illnesses out there. If you're afraid of sick people, you should have gotten a job at a bank. No telehealth either? It's 2021, get with the program. And some people need to be seen. Check out this article about a guy in Europe. His doctor wouldn't see him face to face. He ended up dying from an ear infection that escalated to a brain abscess. yahoo.com/news/son-still…Obviously, I took my business elsewhere. Thank you Dr. Kovolevsky for seeing me.Shame on them. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor.
I suffer from allergies that causes sinus pain, called the office to schedule an appointment and the first thing they asked is if I was vaccinated..Really?? She told me to go to urgent care they can't see me. Why don't you screen your patients, then make the decision if you should do telehealth vs have patient come in. Which by the way was not even offered!!! Last time I checked a Dr should treat all ailments. Sad to say I will NOT be going back here. Too bad Dr. Shah was really sweet.
I just brought 1 year old son and he was screaming and crying in pain couldn't walk or move running a fever and they still wouldn't see him been there for over an hour and they just keep bringing everyone else back that came after. I no there's priority but a one year screaming and crying not able to move wat is that supposed to be? Worst hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
