Dr. Mitchell deftly solved my ear problem with no wasted motion. Was very thorough, knowledgeable, analytical. Checked out things I thought were OK to make sure we didn't overlook something. Was courteous, efficient. Staff weren't highly talkative, but were courteous, and focused. Would return for future ENT problems. Recommend.

I saw Dr. Mitchell for the 1st time yesterday after having my left year stopped up for 10 weeks and after 3 rounds of antibiotics. He cleaned the "infection debris" from my ear, tested my hearing, and gave me an antibiotic ear drop. Wish I had seen him sooner!

After getting no answers from another ENT, I finally decided to see Dr. Mitchell. After going over my ENT medical history and a nose examination, he was able to determine the problem. I had seen another ENT four times and received no answers, and started to feel a little crazy. I am very thankful for this man!!! He also explained everything to me very well, so that I had a full understanding.

HORRIBLE!!! Rude, no bedside manner, didn't have the time to explain surgical procedures he wanted to do. Office staff was rude with absurd policies, then when I postponed surgery they sent a letter saying they refused to treat me. When I called to discuss I was directed to leave a voicemail which, of course, was never returned. I would never recommend this doctor or medical group.
