Dr. Ward was AWESOME! I learned so much in one visit. He’s patient. He listens. And you don’t feel rushed. The whole experience was great. The staff are really friendly and they make you feel welcome. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Ward, even about uncomfortable things. You can tell from his bedside manner that he really cares about his patients and works to help them feel happy and healthy. I can not recommend him enough!
My visit was great.
Fast and friendly service.
Fast, friendly and very informative.
This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I was truly impressed by the care I was given and the friendliness and attitudes of the staff were amazing. Dr. Ward was able to diagnose my problem on the first visit after years of trial and error. I have highly recommended him to family and friends.
Truly the most knowledgeable physician I have ever encountered. There is no one else I would trust my health care with on any level. He even diagnosed a friend based on conversation that 2 other doctors overlooked which resulted in saving her life. Thank you Dr. Ward for being someone I can truly trust to provide exceptional care.
By far, one of the most articulate and informed doctors of physiatrist. Great bedside manner and professionalism. The staff is welcoming, considerate, and attentive to all of his patients. I'm fortunate to have a doctor who exhibits the knowledge beyond his expertise.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Ward to family and friends. I've known him for over 18 yrs. and he's always been one of the most dependable physicians and reliable people I know. He's always been very caring and supportive, and he's also a pretty "Darn Good" doctor too!!!
Dr. Ward is a very kind, understanding and caring doctor. He is God send, he sit and talk with you concerning your health and when you leave there is no problems.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ward to family and friends. He is a professional health care provider who possess a great personality and has great bed side manner. He is very thorough and takes the time with patient to make sure all aspects of diagnosis and treatment are understood.
I highly recommend Dr. Ward to family and friends. Not only is he professional, he has a great bed side manner as well (which is rare these days). He actually takes the time to discuss your diagnosis so you understand and know what to expect. He ever went over my options as far as treatment plans goes.
Well worth the wait! Dr.Ward knows truly knows his stuff and I'd refer anybody that has a medical condition and needs help! Ive been his patient for 6+ years and he has never let me down.
I WAS INVOLVED IN A MVA SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND DR WARD HAS TREATED ME SINCE DAY 1. HE WILL NOT MASK THE PAIN BY PRESCRIBING PAIN MEDS BUT WILL GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM BY FULL EXAMINATION AND TREATS WITH NON INVASIVE PROCEDURES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS. HIS PRIMARY SPECIALITY IS PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION WITH PAIN MANAGEMENT AS HIS SECONDARY. I HAVE HEARD PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM STATE THEY HAVE SEEN OTHER PHYSICIANS FOR YEARS WITH NO AVAIL UNTIL THEY STARTED TREATING WITH DR. WARD.
Dr. Ward is a very caring and compassionate physician. he treats his patients with dignity and respect. He takes the time to listen and attend to your medical concerns. Keep up the good work Dr. Ward.
You have to wait for hours in clinic to see someone +4 hours are more, it's hot in waiting room area.
I went to Dr. Ward several times. He was rude a few times and I thought that maybe he was having a bad day. He wasn't....he was an arrogant, rude man!!!! He thinks he knows it all and won't listen to anything the patient has to say. He thinks all patients are there for narcotics. He needs to retire!!!!!
The first thing you need to be prepared for is Dr. Ward never writes a prescription correctly. The second is he only wants to come in the room and write prescriptions and leave. He does not listen to anything you have to say. The 3rd is you will wait an hour or two in the waiting room and then 30 min. in the room. I have had to force him to listen to me. Once he listed to me he know what to do to help. He gave me an injection that helped and I had hopes that this would be the answer to the end of my pain. I called the office and the nurse advise he said he knew what it was and he will tell me on my follow up visit. I was so relieved. On my follow up visit, he said he did know what was wrong and advised me to go to my family doctor, gynecologist, and ortho. He forgot to prescribe pain meds and when I asked for the prescription he said " Is that all you are worried about". I said no but there is only so much suffering that one person can take. I can not take to pain any more. I would rather be shot in the head. He replied "I do that next visit". I was so heart broken. All I want is to be out of pain. I waited a week for a call back for a referral. I call the nurse and she said he never gave an order for a referral and Dr. Ward would not de back until a next week and there is nothing she could do. I have been in severe pain for 3 years. I have had 2 back surgeries there only made it worse. The pain is so bad that I can no longer work. He only gave me 70 pills for 30 days. How in the **** is that supposed to help when I can not walk, stand or sit for more then 20 min. with out being in severe pain. This means I can only take 2 pills a day that last 3 hours. That is not managing my pain. His office staff is always over worked. They are rude and do not care. The whole office treats you like a drug addict. If you need him to fill out any required paper work for any reason, you are going to waited months. If you are going to a pain management doctor due to chronic pain then yes that means you need meds. It does not mean your are a drug addict and it does not give medical professional the right to treat you that way. He is no longer a doctor that wants to help. He is over it. There is no question that he need to retire. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY, NEVER RECEIVE A CORRECT PRESCRIPTION, NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM HIS VERY RUDE AND LAZIE NURSE AND NEVER GET THE MEDS YOU NEED SO YOU ARE NOT BED RIDEN THEN YOU ARE FOR CARZIE. I never asked to be and pain and no one deserved insult to injury.
this has to be one of the most uncaring, rude, you will ever meet.He has no bedside manner, makes his patients wait for hour after hour to see him,so he will do nothing but humilate them and treat them like drug addicts off the street and thinks he is the best thing that walks the earth.I would not even take a rat to see him,do not waste your time,he only is a money hungry little man with an attitude. How he ever got his degree in medicine cannot figure it out.sO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A DRUG ADDICT he is the doctor for you but not me do not waste your time.He never even read my chart,he asks nothing just assumes.how do you treat patients from five different offices at same time, you cant .
I have never had a physician treat me the way that Dr. Ward has. I have serious neck and back injuries and take minimal meds-2 meds. He asked me one day when was I ready to stop being a junkie!!! A JUNKIE!!!!! He prescribed the meds and I took them as prescribed. His bed side manner is horrible!!! I wouldn't want him working on my animal. I have NEVER called in for a refill early or failed a urine test. He should be reported to the ethics board!!!
I saw Dr Ward after having a terrble foot injury and then another injury to my back and left wrist. Between Dr. Ward and Lisa Bayhi, his P.A., they continue to work with me to keep my pain issues manageable. I am suffering financial hardships and they offer me medicines that don't break the bank and often give me free samples. They don't try to gouge you like Comp. Pain Mgmt, and the others in town. There service since Lisa has gotten there is fast and the office staff is always courteous. Initially, it takes a while to get an appointment, but its worth it. If you are a drug seeker, he will launch you like the space shuttle.
