Robert Grissom does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Dr Grissom has been my urologist for 18 years. He diagnosed my prostate cancer when others dismissed it because I was "too young". He saved my life.
As a patient of Dr. Grissoms for the past 5 years I would recommend him highly. I was and am impressed by the outstanding care provided to me by the Doctor and the entire staff at the Baton Rouge Surgical Specialty Center.
Dr. Grissom is a great doctor. He is professional and nice.
After seeing him for over 20 years call to speak with him regarding infection only to find out he will no longer accept me as a patient. No one including nurses and Grissom himself wil even state why. Refuse to answer questions or return calls as to why. This information will definitely be passed on to those currently seeing him on my recommendation. He is obviously no longer cares about his patients. Very disappointing and truly a shame. Atone point he was a great doctor but has lost his way!
Had urine sample taken to be tested for UTI and cancer. After calling multiple times for the results a week later, the nurse finally gets on the phone and says she forgot to submit the sample to the lab. It’s been two weeks since initial visit and still no results. The staff admitted they made a mistake but made no effort to correct that mistake. I guess it doesn’t effect them since they aren’t the ones losing sleep from worrying about possibly having bladder cancer...
Doctor Grissom wanted to test urine for UTI and cancer since blood was present - this was on a Tuesday. Nurse took sample and said initial results should be in that Friday. Friday comes and no word, so we call and leave a message for the nurse - no call back. Call the following Monday - again, no call back. Call again Tuesday and finally the nurse gets on the line and says she forgot to submit the sample to the lab. Today is Monday, nearly two weeks after the initial visit and no results yet.To have my wife and I spending two sleepless weeks waiting on cancer results, just to be told “I forgot,” then not any action to get the sample tested ASAP is completely unprofessional and incompetent. This may not be directly Dr. Grissom’s fault, but it’s his staff and ultimately he is responsible for their actions...or their inaction.
Dr posner took me off the wrong medication ,it was a bad experiance

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
