Dr. Muhumuza and Mrs. Harris are a great team. They truly care about their patients and have helped to put me at ease in managing my Crohn's. If they sense any type of flare up or inflammation, they act promptly in getting labs and/or scopes done.

I love Dr Muhumuza and Ms.Harris. They are wonderful. They explain everything to you before they do anything and while they're doing it. But as far as the staff goes they are rude!

He is a good Dr but his office staff is incredibly rude. He has been given this feedback before but nothing changes. You will wait on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone to try and make an office appointment. The staff loves to laugh and gossip loudly about their lives, yet treat the patients as they don't exist and the patient time isn't valuable. I wish he would fix his office staff problem.

He's a great doctor but he needs a new office staff! You don't see him in the office and it needs professional people because Tessa(whatever her name is) is RUDE and NASTY!

I'm the sister of a Patient and I'm always with her at her visits. Shes been a patient of dr. Muhumuza for 5 years. He's a great doctor hes caring and has the best bedside manner but His office Manager Trellis is the worst! Shes very rude, loud, and doesn't care what she says to you. This is at every visit. It seems like he cant keep staff because everytime we go there one is gone and another new. She sings the whole time, she acts as if shes the doctor. Maybe she's the problem!!

Dr. Muhumuza and his Staff are Rock Stars in my opinion. Great folks to have caring for you. They treated me like a real person, not just another patient number. My Colonoscopy was a breeze and everything was explained and detailed before and after. I am very happy with the service I experience and will continue to use them for my healthcare.
