Dr. Hyatt was thorough, kind, and had patience to help me find the right answer to my health issue. Starting with the staff at the front desk all the way through working with Jen, Katie, and Jane that work with Dr. Hyatt in The Middlesex Digestive Health & Endoscopy Center provide a superior level of care. Their do their jobs with not only kindness but with great compassion and medical knowledge for patient care. When trying to find answers to an unknown health crisis I would recommend Dr. Hyatt and the staff that works with him. I felt nervous about the multiple appointments and each time they supplied a superior level of care that helped to calm me and made me feel that I was receiving the best medical attention. It took time and repeated visits but Dr. Hyatt and the team helped me to find a diagnosis and move forward. These medical professionals obviously love what they do and it positively affected each appointment for me.

Dr. Hyatt is the best physician I have ever encountered. He has the highest clinical skills, knowledge, and compassion for patients. You will find no better gastroenterologist than him.

Dr. Hyatt has been fantastic for me. I love the fact that he's conservative and doesn't push drugs and other possible remedies too quickly. He takes his time and is a calming presence. I feel very well taken care of.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hyatt as a referral from my Primary Care physician. I feel Dr. Hyatt is an extremely kind and caring doctor with an excellent professional manner. Specifically, Dr. Hyatt takes the time to answer any questions you may have and does not make his patients feel rushed to any degree. Something rare these days. I respect his ability to address issues concerning my health and to provide a strategy for the future. I dread having a colonoscopy, let’s face it, the prep the day before is just plain awful. But, what’s not awful is having the actual procedure. Dr. Hyatt and the entire support staff at Middlesex Endoscopy Center in Acton are terrific. From the minute you register at the front desk, until it’s time to leave, every person I came in contact with was professional, supportive and kind. A 100% positive experience!

We will not go to anyone else.

Dr. Hyatt takes the time to listen to his patients and is well prepared each visit. Answers all questions and concerns.

Very professional & kind to his patients. He explains the procedure. After the procedure he meets the patient with results, images & responds to questions. He promptly provides advice &/or referrals as necessary. Absolutely recommend him to anyone who require resolution to Gastroenterology Issues. Excellent Doctor. Grateful Patient.
