Made an appointment after calling the Acton office. I left work to go to my appointment only to learn they scheduled it for Lancaster without telling me. Unbelievable waste of time this practice has consistently wasted my time in the past as well. Unfortunately its my local option for eye care so I still use them the guys in the optical department are great.

As a walkin I asked for a quick adjustment of my glasses and it was done with no charge. I am not a customer. The service woman was extremely cordial and helpful.

I am grateful for DAmbrosio Eye Care. I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years. The eye doctors are competent and the administrative staff is professional and courteous. Wonderful experience at DAmbrosio Eye care yesterday. They observed strict social distancing wore masks and used hand sanitizer everywhere. I was able to have my full eye exam and optical shop appointment safely and efficiently Thank you

zero starCONDESCENDINGRather than relying on your years of knowledge that VSP ONLY provide prescribed sunglasses IT DOES NOT. Should have called VSP to confirm my benefits as I have called to confirm as soon as I left the clinic that VSP DOES INDEED PROVIDE NONPRESCRIBED SUNGLASSES as my coverage is unique according to the VSP rep. The optometrist who I was dealing with was legit so convinced that I am wrong and made lowkey comments that I am wrongTaking business elsewhere.
