Please do yourself a favor and get care from another practice, somewhere not affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems. This place doesn’t care about their patients! Discrimination against certain patients/conditions is office policy. They are completely unable to effectively manage complex cases.

Fantastic staff and Dr. Cheung is a fabulous doctor. My only suggestion is that it would be great if they had a DROP OFF STATION for things like urine samples.

It’s 🔴ok🔴.... HOWEVER, they bite off more then they can chew!!! They have over a half a year waiting list! That’s absolutely absurd!! I’ve NEVER heard of an office that’s actually accepting patience.... yet you can’t even see a doctor for almost 7 months!? Huh?? What!!?? Maybe it’s just me.... but if they’re that far out, I’m confused why they’re still accepting patience? Wouldn’t it make sense not to accept so many people for that far out in the future so people wouldn’t have to wait to see a doctor? If they did maybe 2 months that’s understandable.... I don’t understand 7 months being reasonable?? Some of us NEED a doctor for serious issues.... they should check the patient to see which cases are a more of an importance first rather then someone that’s just their to have a doctor in their wallet whenever they wanna setup an appointment.... anyways, long story short.... the folks are pretty nice and courteous, there’s one lady, whom I won’t mention names... she’s not very personable, polite or courteous! She speaks to you like your an inconvenience to her life! Even tho that’s her JOB, not to mention your job is to deal with the public! So I would say from my experience everyone else but her seems nice and caring. But this 7 months waiting is a bit rediculous and over the top.... you shouldn’t accept ppl of your already over 3 months. You just keep making the list longer and longer till eventually your screwing your own community members over with the over waiting instead of just making a REASONABLE cutoff amount! Again, that’s just me! But google trusts my opinion and reviews for over 9 years as an independent contractor with them to review and rate local businesses and explain my experience in detail. So that others may benefit from it so they can either share or avoid the same experience depending on the review! Ide recommend CHP Adams Internists.... but the customer service and friendliness of certain staff members, as well as the character of the staff could be more outgoing and make patience feel welcomed.... not making some of us feel I welcomed as I said like we’re an inconvenience! So all in all SOME of the staff, NOT ALL.... can definitely improve on the personable and professional experience with patience that take time out of their day and trust.... by accepting this buisness as their primary care provider! I hope they take this constructive criticism and use it to better themselves and hopefully better the situation as time goes on and fixes the few issues I’ve mentioned during my experience. This is in NO WAY a form of deconstruction of the buisness character itself.... it’s simply constructive criticism based solely and ONLY during my experience only. Please do not use my review as a form of factual and intent to lead anyone away. Please provide your own personable experience with your own judgment and your own words and ideas. Do not use my review as a way to assume it’s all facts and always like this experience with everyone else. That’s is untrue and completely not the case! I simply hope the waiting list gets improved and fixed so it’s much quicker and shorter. As well as the staff being a bit more friendly and courteous “happiness”. Thanks for your time!
