Talk about having your stuff together! Such nice people. Check in was easy and pretty fast. When I didn't understand something they made sure I knew before I left. I'm very happy to have a local office again. I have a surgery coming up and I never felt so cared for, call to check in, make my appointments. Great place great help

I wish you had an answering machine or voicemail so I can leave a message to have someone contact me back. I have been calling for four days straight just to have a simple question answered and all it did was ring. If I was able to go to their office during business hours I would but I can’t because I work during those hours. So maybe can you do that please thanks.

I saw Dr. Sheridan for the first time this month. She was thorough, clear, and compassionate. I was also seen on time and the whole clinic experience was great. Grateful to have you in North Adams!

OMG I've been trying to contact both Pittsfield & North Adams. I'm either on hold for a long time or I'm being asked to leave a message. I've left messages for my doctor to reschedule my appointment since the 20th and haven't heard a call back. This is ridiculous. SMH!

It's impossible to have your call answered in a timely fashion. As I write this I have been on hold for about 6mins. Everytime I call to make an appt it is just as terrible. Perhaps they need more receptionists or a better system all together because the wait time to get through to someone is way below average. Also, there is no way of even leaving a message for a call back either. Would rather drive 30mins to Pittsfield office than deal with poor customer service like this. Oh yeah, btw...It's now going on 15 minutes and have yet to get through. I give up. Good luck.
