I have been going to Amherst Medical Associates for the last 10 years or so, and Dr. Chan is my current PCP. She is a good listener and a thoroughly competent physician. I couldn't ask for more from her, or the nurses and office staff at this practice.

If this is the Joanne Chan of Amherst Medical Assoc., she began maltreating me from the start. She clearly carries a hurtful bias towards some. She disregarded my medical history and entered false accusations into my written file and abruptly left without listening to my full history or examination. Chan obviously has some personal problems and should not be seeing patients unless or until she gets professional help to resolve them.
