I made an appointment here.. I am self pay and have no insurance. The doctor asked me if I wanted a spray with nitrogen on this small spot. I said sure. Then they charged me SEVENTY DOLLARS for just that spray. Had I known I would have declined the offer. And they took over 2 months to cash my check. Threatening me with credit collections despite admitting their Vermont located bill payment system is slow. I ended up charging the amount owed and then they cashed my check. How convenient!! Then they tell me it will take at least 2 weeks to reverse the charge. Newberry Never would I return here. Dumpy building and dumpy office. Spfld has extremely better options

I just want to give a huge thank you to Ashley at the front desk. She was so sweet, kind, and understanding. I truly felt like she listened to me and, most importantly, I felt heard. Her kindness and willingness to help meant more to me than she probably realizes. I’m so grateful for the time she took to help me and make me feel comfortable. My provider here is an excellent direct, thorough, and clear examiner and instructive about next steps and procedures. The medical assistants and admin staff are the same, it's a breeze being a patient here.

Dr. Wyatt has been my dermatologist for many years. He is personable, concerned, and provides excellent care. I very much appreciate his expertise and, as well, his kind medical assistants and the friendly, efficient office staff.

This is genuinely the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They never follow up, they never give sound advice, and it is incredibly hard to reach the front desk. The medical assistants are all very sweet, but Dr. H is extremely unhelpful and often times doesn’t make the patient feel fully informed on the decisions they make regarding their care. Dr. H is extremely apathetic and often careless in his decision-making regarding his patients. Seeking out care and making decisions regarding your skin health is often a very vulnerable process, and Dr. H does nothing to help the patient feel sound in the decisions they are making. I have had to follow up nearly every single cycle of my medication multiple times in order for them to simply approve me through an online program, they are very inconsistent and do not follow up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
