Dr Furcolo is an excellent doctor. She really listens. And you feel her empathy. She takes excellent notes on each visit. She also gets back to me on the portal really quickly with suggestions for RX or to schedule a visit.. I really trust her with my health.

First of all, this person is not a medical doctor. She is an Osteopath. That is not the same level of training, education, residency. Her recommendation for the treatment of an ear infection that i've suffered from intermittently and been treated for at Mass Eye & Ear was as incompetent as if i'd asked a 5-year old. I should have reported her, except she is not an MD-------Be Afraid. Be very afraid.

This is an Osteopath who is as incompetent medically as it gets, but then, you can't report her to the board because, well, she is not an MD anyway. Unqualified, dangerously dumb, rude, dismissive, arrogant with no justifiable reason to be.STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!
