If I could give him 0 stars, I would like to give him 0. He is basically doing business with patients. After three days of fever and muscle aches, he refused to order a PCR test and kept offering rather ' a virtual visit' instead of ordering the covid test. Since he refused to order it, I couldn't make an appointment and became sicker for taking the test after 6 hour-long waits in cold weather. He charges at least two or three times higher than other doctors in the same clinic. Last year, he charged a dressing of a little cut as 'surgery' on a routine office visit, and I had to pay $$$. I will rather go to urgent care, not to him. I changed my PCP.

He has always been so great with both of my kids since they were newborns, I couldn’t change their pcp ever because Pentucket medical always attends to all of our needs/concerns right away.

Dr. Fowler is a progressive doctor instituting the scribe system in order that the time spent with patients is focused on the patient, not with paperwork. He spends any amount of time that is necessary and makes it his mission to address any and all concerns. He also keeps such meticulous notes that on your next visit he will make certain that your past concerns have been met. No medical or mental health issue is too big or too small for him to address. While his approach is conservative, not overdoing meds that are not necessary or tests that don't make sense, he exhausts every avenue to help and recommends specialists, blood work and tests when needed. Both my husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Fowler as our doctor. He also surrounds himself with highly professional staff. I can't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Fowler! On our most recent virtual visit Dr. Fowler addressed my husband’s concerns in a very thorough manner, actually critiquing his own performance in an attempt to improve his own practice. Dr. Fowler is forward thinking and a very good listener. He knows us very well and acts accordingly. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Fowler as their PCP will surely receive the highest standard of care.

Love Dr. Fowler he is assertive, gentle and knows what he is doing, he answers all of my questions with all seriousness but also a sense of humor to make me less nervous or more relaxed! Love him and love how he takes care of me son!!! ❤️
