My pcp recently left and I had to choose a new Provider. I chose Dr Challagualla , she is so pleasant And very knowledgeable. I was so happy with her .

Excellent. Met first with a PA student, followed by a visit with the doctor, who was able to diagnose my back issues. The office staff is good, the appointment was given very quickly, which I appreciated.

The main doctor was nice but the medical assistant rushed through everything and seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. I felt like just another patient in their schedule book they were trying to be done with. I also got very little direction on the lab testing where and when to go.

Dr Challagulla is very nice. I just moved to the area and needed to find a primary care physician and it seems like I found it!

When I went for a physical, it only lasted literally five minutes. I talked about my concerns and it seemed like the visit was rush. She told me “nice to meet you” little does she know, she’s seen me before! It’s unfortunate because she’s my PCP and doesn’t even remember who I am. During the physical, she only touched my stomach and that was all. She didn’t exam any other body parts or even ask me questions about my health. When the visit was finally over, I got out of the room, and saw her walking out with her handbag on. Like I said, the visit felt rushed and it was indeed rushed. I only get to see you once a year and that’s how you examine your patient? Not fair!
