Exellent!!

I've have several Gyno's over the years and she is by FAR the best. Always has time to explain things and walks you through every step of a procedure verbally. Which helps keeps you informed about the process. I will always recommend her!

Medical knowledge is exceptional.

I went there to have a wellness exam for my ovaries checked and uterus etc. she didn't do it she does what history taking and she ask so much and she is not that helpful. I am not happy with her performance. after history taking she billed us 470 dollars plus. I will never go there again. Not a Good OB. hard to approach.

I went for pelvic pain and worry about fibroids. I was negatively profiled as a low income, ignorant, mental patient and talked to according to bias stereotype. Grilled and questioned about forms in rude, insulting, humiliating, degrading mannor. I asked about post menopausal hormone therapy and insulted and accused that I wanted hormone therapy for hair and dry skin. The exam was very painful and I left in tears. I recommend taping this doctor then filing s formal complaint against her.

My experience with this doctor was not pleasant at all. She is extremely rude and condescending and gets irritated when asked about any concerns. I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Would never recommend this MD to anyone. Rushed, rude....had minor surgical procedure with this MD and it was a painful and horrible experience. Considered reporting this physician to medical board.

I did not have a positive experience. I felt Dr. Kim was distant and not a good communicator. I felt extra appointments were set up unnecessarily and after surgery I felt she was dismissive and not helpful. I truly felt that money was more important to her and her office staff than patient care.

This has been the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. After having to switch from my doctor due to another in network; I felt like I was another number in the deli line. I had Dr. Kim and her bedside manner as long as having over an hour to see her was frustrating enough. I felt she totally disregarded my time as well as my concerns and in no time did I feel her competency in her diagnosis. The medical staff as well as the office staff seem as if they're inconvenienced to be there. There is no warmth or comfort in either of the offices I visited (Haverhill and Salem, NH) getting an appointment in a timely manner is a huge juggling act for these people. Seriously, consider going to this place, they are lacking in all the things they are being paid for. Customer Care and making their patients feel taken care of should be a top priority not an inconvenience!
