I have had a great experience with the Eye Center in Athol. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their building is well-lit, clean, and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make me feel like I'm not just a blind molerat but an important human being! Thanks Eye Center!

What a well organized office. The staff is efficient and welcoming. I was so impressed with Dr. J King! She knew my entire (complicated) history. I was blown away that she took the time to understand the seriousness of my eye complications PRIOR to even coming into the room. So impressive! She is a true professional.

I saw Dr. Alfred recently and received another thorough exam and evaluation. Dr. Alfred does an excellent job of monitoring eye conditions and making recommendations for follow-up to ensure that appropriate diagnosis and treatment occur. Five years after Dr. Alfred did cataract surgery with corrective lens implants on both my eyes, I still have 20/20 vision. I have been to the Eye and Lasik Center on several occasions and the staff has done an excellent job on all my visits.

Dr. Alfred gave a thorough exam and explanation of my eye condition. He came across as very knowledgable, capable, genuine and kind. As a bonus he has a great personality and inspires trust. I would recommend him to anyone.

Based on my experience with Dr. Alfred and his entire staff, I can only express my gratitude for a quality of life improvement regarding my eyesight, resulting from cataract surgery. The entire process; from material information, lens selection, paper work, surgery and after care was seamless. Most importantly, I never felt pressured! Highly recommend!!!!!!

The waiting room is very crowded with chairs lined up against the walls and going down the middle of the room. After seeing the technician and prior to seeing the doctor, patients are lined up in chairs in the hallway. It feels like you are in an assembly line and you wait a long time. The routine appointment took two hours!
