My father went to Dr Garafalo for years and when my father complained of severe back pain, the doctor told him to take Tylenol! My father tried telling Dr Garofalo that he was afraid his cancer was back. This doctor told my father that it was probably arthritis. My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 3 weeks ago and is now in a hospice facility. My fathers oncologist said that the back pain was cancer and that Dr Garofalo should have sent my father for testing right away, knowing he had cancer before. My father might have had a chance if Dr Garofalo did his job!!!

I"ve become very disappointed with the care I've gotten from this doctor. I've been a patient with Family Med. for many years, but have decided its time to move onto a new, more modern practice with doctors who actually care.

Dr. Chris has been our doctor for years. Takes his time and provides detailed info as needed. The staff out front could be a bit cheerier but I'm not there to see them. Wait times are about average for most doctors' offices.

Dr. Chris always took whatever time he needed to make sure he found out whatever was wrong. He was very kind and comfortable to be around. It was always a positive experience going to his appointments and I have had no luck finding the same type of doctor or experience since having him. Really wish they accepted our new insurance. If you can have him i highly suggest it!
