If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I plan to file a medical negligence suit against her. During my first visit (I have hydronephrosis in my right kidney and have for years), she attempted to give me ibuprofen. I cannot take nsaids due to ulcerative colitis. She then gave me Ativan oral route despite the fact that I was throwing up because I became upset due to being in severe pain, instead of helping with my pain. I was never even given an IV. I ended up leaving AMA because she was not listening to me or addressing my concerns and my request for a different physician was denied. Tonight, several months later, my pain returned and she was the physician on duty. Again, she attempted to give me NSAIDS and put a lidocaine patch on my back to “help” my 8/10 hydronephrosis pain in my right kidney. It wasn’t until my husband spoke to the nurse that she agreed to help with my pain before taking me to CT. Literal minutes after my CT, I was discharged and told my report showed no abnormalities. I was astonished. I logged into the patient portal and looked at my radiology report to find that she lied. Of course I still have hydronephrosis in my right kidney and I am still in excruciating pain. I am contacting a patient advocate at Sturdy Memorial and calling a lawyer in the morning.

Treated like absolute garbage. I was told I was lying about my past diagnosis despite several radiology reports to verify. and then told I no longer had the disease I was diagnosed with after those CTs. She completely disregarded my concerns and sent me home with no help at all. She should not be a doctor.

This is by far the worst doctor I have ever met. I went into Sturdy Urgent Care where I have been several times, everyone knows me as my primary is located upstairs. I’m 50yrs old and know my body. I have frequent sinus infections and she didn’t even examine me, didn’t look at my chart and refused to prescribe me antibiotics. She shouldn’t be practicing medicine.
