This dentist office only cares about $$ and not about dental care. I began going to this office in 2019 after I changed employers. At first I was satisfied with my dental care, but then I started being pitched extra procedures. The first extra procedure that was suggested was filling five vanity cavities. These were not cavities that required a drill and novacaine. They were vanity only. Soon after that I came in for a cleaning and was told that I would need a deep clean instead of a traditional one and that the current hygenist could not do the procedure. So they canceled my appointment and made me reschedule so that I could see a Periodontist instead. I made an appointment with the Periodontist, but then received a call a few days before the appt. stating that the periodinst only works on Fridays and I would have to wait another couple of months for a new appointment date. I am no longer a patient at this office and I would never recommend anyone going here. I have been going to dentists all of my life and this office is the worst one I have ever encountered. They upsell you on questionble procedures so that they can pad their bottom line and they are not interested in customer service.

Had an emergency with a broken tooth, was told I could not get into their office for 4 months. This was after calling 2 different times and not receiving a call back after explaining the emergency. I am in pain, in need of antibiotics and was told to wait 4 months. This tooth has been an issue since 2020. I was repeatedly told that we would address it at the next visit however each visit they put it off to the next as each time I went I saw a different dentist due to their constant turn over. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Edit: Funny how you have time to immediately respond to reviews but don't call your patients back and can't make time for emergencies. Your office is a joke.

I came for a check.up and cleaning, but there was no cleaning instead I'm being referred to a specialist. This is the second time I'm sent to a specialist and last time the specialist did nothing.

Do not recommend.

My experience with Francis Park denistry was AMAZING! Casey and Sam up front did an excellent job of helping me get checked in and made the process so smooth! They were so extremely nice! The oral surgery team of Kelly, Maddie, and Dr. Simoni were absolutely amazing! Dr. Simoni was very gentle and explained everything! I will 100% go back and would highly recommend Francis Park denistry to anyone and everyone! Thank all of you for such a great experience!

Constant hygienist and dentist turnover. I've seen 3 different dentists and 2 hygienists since I started going here over two years ago. Plus, they've canceled or rescheduled numerous appointments due to a lack of proper staff. If you want a dental office with some level of reliability, this definitely isn't it.

I prefer not to leave a bad reviews, but this one is just unexeptable! Un professional doctors, who have the rights to treat patients and literally leave a traumatic experience . I have a feeling that they just come there to practice on real people so they can gain experience! Places like this should be checked by the right authorities and should be closed! What happened to America? What happened to treat people like you want to be treated?

I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Dentist put me down in the system with having a gum infection without telling me, scheduled me for a different cleaning that could bypass my standard covered insurance. Bad business practices. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I was greeted by friendly staff. Had friendly professional staff get me seen and out in a flash.

I was a new patient who had an appointment scheduled for 5 months. They called me the Friday before my Wednesday appointment letting me know that my appointment was cancelled and that I needed to call and reschedule. I called back an hour later and the woman who helped me said that all appointments were booked for the forseeable future. She could put me on a wait list but could not rebook me even though I already had a time booked. What kind of a business are you running? Luckily you have more clients than what you need because I would never give you a second chance. Poor customer service
