Ranbir Dhillon's Online Review Report Card

Dr Dhillon has no heart or time for his patients. Takes daysss to get back to his patients and when he does call back he is rushed and doesn’t have time. He had me in tears one day because of his lack of professionalism. Run and don’t look back. I have never been treated so poorly by a Dr in my entire life.

UPDATE:. I spoke with his assistant the other day. She is actually his Medical Assistant & she is trying to do her job as well as cover the open Administrative position. That being said I would like to ask everyone to just be patient. I'm sure the Admin role will be filled soon and everything will go back to normal.Dr Dhillon is AMAZING, but...He has a new Assistant that is Horrible. It took 8 weeks to get an important appointment for a test I need by order of a hand surgeon in order to get the Carole tunnel in both wrists operated on. On top of that over 2 months ago I called and informed them I had switched pharmacies. A week or so later I called to order script refills & reminded them of the change in pharmacies. They sent my scripts to the old pharmacy. I called and again asked that they change the pharmacy in their computer system. So today I got a text from the pharmacy I no longer use telling me my scripts are ready AT THE WRONG PHARMACY!It would not be a problem if I had a car but I do not. This new Assistant is completely inadequate & extremely unprofessional. Does she realize she works in a doctor's office.

He is thoughtful; listened carefully to my symptoms and did the appropriate neurological workup. There wasn't really anything he could do to address my symptoms but just getting some of my symptoms "diagnosed" officially in my medical record was helpful and he did everything he could to help me in that department. I would go to him again and I would recommend him.

Very Disappointed with Dr Dhillon. He never responds back to my mail order prescription company. I always have to call his office to tell him to respond. Very frustrating.

Disgusted with how little he cared. The receptionist was nasty and rude

Not impressed at all. Very impressed with himself. Fake. Overlooked my symptoms , misdiagnosis. Recommed patients read his office visits notes. Falsifys medical information. I would have been better off going to a veterinarian!

I saw Dr. Dhillon recently and felt he was very thorough in his examination and very professional. He listened to all my questions and concerns and I would highly recommend him to others seeking a neurologist.

Kind, caring and compassionate! Keeps ME feeling GREAT!

He is a phoney!!! He seems all nice nice in the consultation but when you goto the follow up appt. he seems like hes never met you before and doesnt seem sympathetic to issues whatsoever!! Choose another dr for sure!!

Gave me incorrect information about my condition and dismissed all of my inquiries about possible causes. His information concerning my condidtion was limited at best and he clearly wasn't willing to look further into my issue to try to find optional treatments. When I asked about a specific test he told me that it would be hard to convince the insurance company to pay for it and that takes a lot of time. He doesn't get paid more for spending that extra time so he was unwilling to do that. Don't waste your time and money. Find a physician who actually cares about doing what is in your best interest. This guy only cares about his paycheck.
