Raymond Entwistle's Online Review Report Card

My children have been lifelong patients here. They are super efficient and helpful with the care of my children.

Can never get an appointment at this location even though child has been going there for seven years. After hours my son had a bad ankle. I took him to an urgent care to be reviewed and an x-ray and blood work done. When I called the office to have a conversation with his actual pediatrician, I was told that this doctor would be pissed that I had gone somewhere else. I explained That if and when a child is sick mother is always going to do the best that they can to take care of them. Seeing it was after hours I did what was right for my child and not what was convenient for this office.  Cannot believe I was spoken to in the tone in which I was spoken to along with the verbiage that was used.

I found everyone at this office to be presumptuous and rude. I didn’t think they had the kids that’s wealthier in mind, it seem like they were trying to push for certain pharmaceuticals, not sure if they get incentives or not, but that’s what it felt like. I will definitely be taking my kids to a different office. The last doctors office I had was wonderful that we had to move because of work, I need to find another place that I feel comfortable again. This is not the place.

Best Pediatrician around. Have never had 1 problem, getting in for an appointment. All staff members are always polite and courteous. Would never think about going anywhere else.

I’ve been going there since I was a baby they are one of the best doctors. Donna has helped me with so many issues with my wrists and ankles I would never go to a different doctor because all the staff is so nice and they give you animal crackers.

The front office lady Lori or how ever you spell it is awful. Every time she answers the phone she always neglects me let me ask THE DOCTOR the main questions. She always has an unpleasant attitude. (If you don’t like your job quit). There was also an issue where she got into a huge argument with the other front desk lady. (Yes. In front of patients)

We love Dr. Ray and Donna Butterfield. We have been with them for 13 years now and have three kids. My kids always feel respected and never dread seeing them. I trust their judgement and am so happy we found them!

I’ve been attending Dr. Raymond Entwistle for 19 years. And all of my older siblings for most of their lives as well. I would never trust another doctor as my primary care. Every time I come in, I am greeted by a nice big smile and great fast customer service, and you can’t forget the free animal crackers at the end of a visit. Highly recommended.

Ive been taking my kids to Doc.E's office for over 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else. They have always been extreamly helpful kind polite and quick with sick appointments. Even the receptionists are amazing! my kids love both Ray and Donna!

My kids love Dr. Ray and Donna they are incredible with children,very knowledgable and down to earth. My twins look forward to their visits at the office and my youngest is treated gently and respectfully. I feel fortunate that I was assigned him as a doctor after having bad experiences with a local doctor I was assigned to after my twins were born. Dr. Entwistle sets the bar for professionalism and bedside manner with children! Keep up the good work.
