I took an at home covid test, which was positive. Then I called to ask about Paxlovid. I didn't get a human to talk to in the phone tree, when I selected medical assistant. Nor did I ever get a call back. Since that treatment is time sensitive, I was surprised not to hear anything back. I miss the more personal individual private physician practices. At this point, it's too late anyhow, and it's both a missed revenue opportunity for the doctor's office, and a potential long term impact for me. On top of that, I just made noise that still impacts the ability for the practice to run...which slows the place down. Everyone loses.

The medical and support staff at Tristan are all excellent. The people who take blood are very skilled - no pain at all! The PA's are thorough, caring, and knowledgeable, and the front desk people are pleasant and efficient. I'm blessed that they are my health providers.

I have been for two urgent care visits, once for myself, and once for my 2 year old. Both experiences were great. It was clean, the staff were all friendly, and we didn't have to wait too long. They were knowledgeable, listened to what was going on, and helped treat us.

Ever since they got rid of my doctor they've done nothing but bounce me around to different doctors and choose not to give me notice on it. At the same time choosing not to refill or give a different prescription that works the same.

Staff was great and wait time was pretty decent for a walk-in but the Doctor was cold and uncaring. She barely got within 4 feet of me and made me feel like a complete waste of her time. I was there because my primary’s on-call nurse told me to be seen at urgent care- I had woken up with a rash on my arms and face and it was close to my eyes.

Went there yesterday for a sinus infection but the doctor or nurse practitioner seem like she was entirely again. Any antibiotics to anyone. While I was sitting in the room, I heard her speaking to another patient telling him that she was not going to prescribe any antibiotics just use warm salt gargle. As soon as I heard that I was like oh boy she's one of them Holistic doctors/ nurse practitioners sure enough as bad as I felt and the symptoms I had I always get when I have a sinus infection at least twice a year. Her dumbass told me to sleep with the window open That is allergy 101 not to do!! I have a $60 co-pay every urgent care visit and I felt it was a waste of my money and I would not have gone unless I was 100% sure it was a sinus infection. I haven't gone once before there and it was OK service I definitely recommend not to go on the weekend because this particular person is there and all she does is give you useless information. Needless to say, I am still suffering from a sinus infection.
