List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
The staff was perfectly professional and courteous. I have terrible medical anxiety. They all tried their best to calm me with the sedatives but in the end, I was awake for most of the procedure. I think if you have SEVERE anxiety, you're going to need stronger drugs than what's available at this clinic (which is not a knock on them. They did a fantastic job with the tools they had available and the nurses really did try to calm me as much as possible.) Overall experience with a colonoscopy -1/10. But the staff and facility here are a solid 4 out of 5.
I went in with major anxiety and everyone was so helpful and kind that I breezed through it! 10/10 would recommend!
Everyone there was pleasant, helpful, professional, and made me feel at ease. Doctor Taylor was was professional, upfront, and no nonsense. He was confident yet humble, just the kind of person I would want performing a medical procedure on myself. The rest of the medical staff was attentive, and good at there jobs, as well as personable, and friendly during an awkward procedure. The only unpleasant part was having to drink the gallon of fluid to flush my system, which sadly, could not be avoided.
I was there yesterday for an outpatient procedure. I am a medical professional myself and have to say I was a little bit nervous being on the other side of the spectrum... from my check in at the desk, to intake w/Christine, IV placement by Becky(?)( I’m sorry if I got the name wrong, but you were flawless and didn’t leave a bruise! Followed by pre and procedural care by Catherine RN, Anita the tech, and Dr Taylor.. Catherine, thank you for making sure I was very comfortable before and during the procedure.. it was GREATLY appreciated. Dr Taylor thank you for your care, explanations, and humor. You all were wonderful ... thank you! It will make the 3rd time in the next 5-6 years not be near as daunting if I can have you all by my side again!!!!! Now if you could make the prep more bearable...... 🤔!!!!! Thanks again!
Everyone, I came in contact with, was, very caring and friendly, from the time I checked in- until I left.
Everyone here is so nice and so caring. They really go out of their way to make a potentially unpleasant experience be the best it possibly can be. I had to have a back to back colonoscopy and while I would not rate getting 2 colonoscopies in 2 days as the best experience of my life, interacting with the first rate people at the Endoscopy center was certainly a very positive experience and one that I will remember.
Friendly people given the nature of the place, very efficient place no long waits.
Staff members are really rude and are not helpful. You would think that being a small practice they would be kinder, but anything you have to go to worcester to get done; please avoid this place. Horrible staff members.
Had 2 colonoscopies done here (2011 and 2016). Having that procedure done is not exactly fun (especially the prep the day before), but when the big day comes they are usually on time and I found the staff and my Dr., Jonathan Taylor to be friendly, efficient, and on time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
