List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
When there’s a long wait, this place definitely cares more about getting people in and out than anything else. A 3 hour wait to talk to a doctor for maybe 5 minutes, and a complete waste of my time because they misdiagnosed and mistreated what I had, so I had to go see my primary anyway because it was getting worse. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else where they actually care about getting you better.
Phenomenal staff. Very happy with the service. Wait time was long (1hr 20min) but I expect that anywhere. This will be my “go to” place for urgent care in the future.
This was my first time there and it went rather well. It’s difficult to find a good urgent care in the Worcester area. I read the reviews and wasn’t too sure at first but decided to give it a try. Place was clean and entrance had a nice doctors office setting. The wait time said 1 hr 40mins but after registration it took about 30 mins to be seen. Staff was really nice and so was the NP. I went there on a Monday around 2pm so I’m not sure if the weekends and week nights the wait time gets worse. I say give them a try on a week day if you can and before 5pm. Didn’t give them 5 stars because nothing’s perfect but I did get good service.
Maria is such an angel of a human and so great at her job, I always feel cared for when I come here! Thank you guys!
2 hour wait for 5 people in front of me. Actively ignored any questions i had, wouldn't even come to the front desk. I had to call a number to have a question answered while waiting in their waiting room. The number went straight to a voicemail. Was told my insurance was inactive, i looked up my account online, it was active and current. They wouldn't go any further. If i cared about myself at all, and i do, i would visit any other location and i would advise you to do the same. This company obviously doesn't give a hoot about patients and it will get someone killed.
Worst service Ive ever had. Thought it would be easier than setting up an appointment with my doctor. They tried to make me pay out of pocket even though i know i have insurance ( it's literally taken out of my paycheck). When I said no I'll work it out with my insurance because I don't want to pay out of pocket she said. I could take a free covid test at Walgreens. What does she think a person who needs antibiotics because of a sinus infection is going to do with a free test for covid? Rude awful person who tried to make feel bad because their computer isnt working. ( Oh did mention I also tried to call them and fix this with readymed and they ignored my calls and In person questions. Awful company. They should be ashamed)
Don’t come here if you want to spend HOURS in a waiting room.
I have been coming here for years driving over a half hour while passing other walk ins including my home town because they are always that good! Tonight was a perfect example... I arrived around 7:30pm after work and the NP Bobbie treated me. I was prescribed an antibiotic and I asked that it get sent to the auburn cvs so I could pick up on my way home. When I got there the medication was pricey after my health insurance, this happens unfortunately with other meds too. The pharmacist stated I could ask ready med the for an alternative but they closed at 8 and it was around 9. They said I could always try calling. I called and received an answering service and they sent a message to the NP and said they would be in contact with me tomorrow which is to be expected after hours for a walk in. I'm back in line at cvs and I receive a call from the NP! An hour after ready med closed. He stated he saw my message come through as he was still there doing charts. He said let me send over another one right away and stayed on the phone with me to see if it would be affordable. It came up to $11 after insurance. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE of how they go above and beyond!!! He didn't have to call me after hours and could of waited until tomorrow but they care and go the extra mile.. I was able to get my meds started and go home and relax. They are always nice, professional, and the location is super clean which is really important considering these times. Save yourself the trip to other walk ins or even ER for some things and go here.Thank you so much NP Bobbie and staff! I will continue to refer all of my friends and family to your location!!! Also for other reviews about long wait times, you can go right to their website and it provides accurate real time wait times that you can check throughout day so u know what to expect. This isn't a dr's appointment so wait time should be expected just like an ER.
This is the most disappointing visit ever, do not come to this location. Waiting with a child since 12:30, its 3:37 and still here. At 2 there was a delivery guy here, I hope everyone is enjoying their lunch 🤯. Go to oxford instead service and wait time is excellent there.
Had to bring my daughter to be checked out for possible strep. We waited in our car for a half hour after checking in because the waiting room already had their limit. After getting into appointment, it was quick to get checked by the nurse and get swabbed. Twenty minutes later and having not seen a provider, I opened door to open office area. I was looked at by two different women and ignored while they were chatting away and doing paperwork at desks. Finally after a few minutes, one, Rebecca NP, came over and told me she'd be with us soon. She was rude and condescending and when she actually came into the room, hadn't even read my daughter's chart and had to ask the same questions the nurse had already asked. We do not plan on returning, but Andrea, Tabatha and Kat were great to work with at the visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
