Reliant Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

It's a mixed bag either it is a great experience or a terrible one there is no middle ground and no consistency.

I've been using Durable Medical Equipment for about 5 years now, and I have always found them to be helpful, and timely with my CPAP resupplies. I've seen other review mention the rude people, but my experience has been quite the opposite.

Can’t recommend them, way overpriced! Among other things as well. Look elsewhere if you can. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Had billing issue and was spoken to in the most condescending way possible. Nothing but a greedy bottom feeder business making a buck over folks health issues. I buy all my prescription items online now. Almost half the price! Place is a joke and should be investigated for fraud.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unreliable and unhelpful!! The receptionist(s) on the phone don’t know anything you ask them... a question like “when should I expect them?” They’ll give you a day but no time, and give you an attitude if you want to know a time frame like you say should revolve around their delivery guy! if you happen to miss the delivery...it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come back! Had the worst time with them, I would never recommend them

WORST DME in Worc. They 'double bill'. They 'double talk'. They are rude. DON'T use them if you have a choice! I called them on 'how' they were billing me. They said they didn't have a choice. I changed insurance companies and LOW AND BEHOLD they are now CORRECTLY billing me. $5.00 difference in payment! I feel like suing for FRAUD after they told me they HAD to bill me for my equipment in a certain way and yet changed it when challenged by another ins. company. Yeah, right DME. Makes me ANGRY!

I have nothing but positive comments for the people I have dealt with, However, I am amazed at the incredible inflation of the prices for equipment! Every company buys for one price and then increases that to turn a fair profit. That's fine, totally understandable. My issue is even with my co-pay it turns out to be cheaper to buy online than deal with the 100%-150% mark up at this place. F20 mask from Reliant is $231.14. headgear is another $45.55 or $276.69 total. I bought both the F20 mask and headgear for $131.00 online! Obviously these prices are aimed at the insurance companies (wonder why insurance is so expensive) and not for people with poor insurance or people that have not yet hit their deductible. Very disappointed with how this place operates.

The area and office felt unsafe with multiple doors to get buzzed through and a thick glass partition at the checkin window. But otherwise the staff was super-friendly and the prices were more than competitive with online retailers of the same equipment.

Company ordered a substitute for 4x4 sterile gauze pads without calling us to ask if the small adhesive dressings would work. They are not even similar products. When I called about this I was told the correct o es would be ordered but it might take 5 or more days to receive them. I guess the wounds just have no dressings until then!
