The OBGYN department at this place is beyond awful!! If you’re a first time mother like me or even if it’s not your first time, DO NOT go here for care, you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and anxiety!! Vanessa the receptionist is extremely rude and not professional at all I asked her if she was aware of how rude she was being to me over the phone she snickers and says “yes I know hun.” Then threatened to end our call and not help me. On top of it all I asked her how I could make a formal complaint and she just laughed and said “no you can figure all that out” then hung up on me.Besides the rude receptionist Vanessa, the doctors treat you like a joke! I said I had been waking up to throw up for 7 straight months of my pregnancy and the dr tells me “it’s because you watch too much television” (YES REALLY)not only that I’ve been told by the same doctor “I should be extremely concerned for the size of my baby” and I “would need an ultrasound immediately” but then had 2 appointments canceled by them, and told “what’s another week of waiting?” After a whole month of waiting in serious concern for my baby! needless to say this was my last straw with this OBGYN and I switched to a different facility, where I was actually cared for and actually felt comfortable! Do not go here for OBGYN/Pregnancy care!!!

This place is awful the staff terrible do not know what they are doing booked appointmen for my toddler 4 years old and after waiting for 45 minutes theycome to me and tell me that the Dr does not see kids undef 5 years old never go there .

We have been with Reliant Pediatrics Auburn for over 12 years. Staff never fails to be friendly and professional. The doctors are always upbeat and compassionate. The majority of the time I call the nurse’s line I get a response back quickly, with one or two exceptions. The new facility is beautiful.

Communication between secretaries and doctors is horrible. I had a secretary call me and say my appointment was changed from 930 to 730am. I show up and the check in person was confused as to why I was there so early.Other than that the place is clean, staff is friendly and the PTs are knowledgable and work with the patient

These group of doctor now a day rushing patience , he said I only has 20 minute for each patience, how it is possible to see your patience with that short of time. I want to change my PCPWith a different doctor and also change my inlaw doctor too cause we got the same doctor.

They require you to still wear a mask even the ones who cannot wear one due to medical issues and will turn people away from seeing a doctor. How are people supposed to go to a doctor when they are being denied simply because they cannot safely wear a mask as it posses a risk to their health? Not all procedures and exams can be done virtually so what are people like me with a medical condition (who cannot wear a mask safely) supposed to do for care? How many people are going without getting important exams and procedures such as cancer screenings, blood tests, etc.... where diagnosis is critical for early treatment all because they are being turned away over a mask not being able to be worn?! Unbelievable, sick, un professional, disrespectful, and unethical. People should not be descrimated against from receiving medical care and services. Everyone has the right to receive medical care and services. But they don't seem care. Such a shame when people are being denied care over a piece if cloth.

Fast and courteous staff!

Reliant is great! Require temp, pulse and answer questions prior to check in. Mask required. Friendly, polite and courteous. The only thing I found odd was the employee who does asks the questions and does pulse and temp prior going to check in is always slumped in her chair behind the desk she sits at playing on her cell phone. Not very professional. Other than that. Dr's are great, intake nurses are wonderful.

I love Dr. Lindsey Oliver she's AWESOME and her team too also the receptionist Michelle is a sweetheart she helped me with some appts I got there late and they didnt let us go without checking my kids first making sure the won't miss the appt because we were already there late but there the only thing is the person in the entrance asking about how my 3 yrs old son doesn't wear mask I explained he just turned 3 few days ago and thats the reason I put him in his stroller covering him with blankets etc so he wont be running around touching anything without wearing a mask she asked many question and make me be late for my appts but the pediatrics department came to the rescue and helped us .. I am very happy and satisfied with their service keep doing good job ... Very nice place to bring your little ones to get checked and also the nurses are awesome too.
