Tammy Vargas's Online Review Report Card

I give Dr. Vargas 4 🌟 she is a great Doctor, but her employees who answer the calls, needs a reality check when it comes to how rude they are to Dr. Vargas's patients. I've had very important and serious questions about my health, and because I ask other questions they hang up or are rude. I've spoken with other patients of Dr. Vargas and they say the same thing about here employees. It's sad because this is one of the BIG reasons people have left Dr. Vargas office. And if they alreadt got your name when you speak to them, they write on your chart that you were rude to them and them the Dr. Speaks to you about you being rude to them. When in reality they are the one being tude to the patients. Sad that now a days professionalism has gone out the window and patients feel so uncomfortable with the mistreatment that patients have lost interest in staying in that office, just so you don't have to deal with the ignorance of their employers. I hope now they do not go to my chart and put me down as a rude person because I will let them have it. Being rude and hanging up on sick patients is not professional at all. This is all unacceptable. Dr. Vargas should talk to her employees about how unprofessional they are being to her patients. SMH

Dr. Vargas is always so kind and extremely thorough, she explains things well and honest & straight forward

La secretaria fue grocera, cancelaron mi cita y segun ella dejaron un mensaje de voz pero cuando llame para confirmar me dijeron que todo estaba bien , nose ponen de acuerdo y despues te quieren poner la cita para 6 meses despues de haver esperado 2 meses. Una real perdida de tiempo. No recomiento este lugar...

Very bright and engaging. Dr. Vargas knows what she's talking about. I'm happy to be her patient

If I could give zero stars I would. My husbands physical has been cancelled 4 times since January. Each time they reschedule his appointment, they book him 2 months out without even attempting to schedule an earlier appointment. The secretary is extremely rude and dismissive, horrible way to treat a patient. If you want to be neglected and abandoned, then choose this practice. Two thumbs down.

Dr Vargas is very attentive and thorough! I'm very happy that I found her.

This office is great! However, there is one receptionist who is rude and gives incorrect information whenever I get her on a call, this could be dangerous bc she has given me incorrect info about my health on several occasions and she is also very rude. All the other receptionists are truly amazing and the doctors and nurses in this office are top notch. 98% of the time I have a wonderful experience with this office. 4 starts bc of the few times my wife and I have had to deal with the rude woman (I won’t mention her name). Tammy Vargas is a great doctor. I highly recommend her as a pcp.

terrible customer sercive. Spoke with someone over the phone to set up a new patient appointment only to have someone very unhelpful and rude.
