I went with this Dr. Vargas and she sat down after looking in her computer she says . I’m not sending you for labs because by had labs done in oct 2019 we are in June 2021 . I said I actually do need labs I’ve been feeling dizzy and she said hmm Your blood levels looked okay though. Wow !!! I got my lab slip after a 20 min conversation and only sent me an email with lab results / no phone call or explanation of my numbers . I really hope elder patients don’t have this kind of care . I can do fine but an elder person I would hope to get a call back . Just moral compass as Dr . Things to consider . I will be switching Drs.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husbands physical has been cancelled 4 times since January. Each time they reschedule his appointment, they book him 2 months out without even attempting to schedule an earlier appointment. The secretary is extremely rude and dismissive, horrible way to treat a patient. If you want to be neglected and abandoned, then choose this practice. Two thumbs down.

La secretaria fue grocera, cancelaron mi cita y segun ella dejaron un mensaje de voz pero cuando llame para confirmar me dijeron que todo estaba bien , nose ponen de acuerdo y despues te quieren poner la cita para 6 meses despues de haver esperado 2 meses. Una real perdida de tiempo. No recomiento este lugar...

This office is great!However, there is one receptionist who is rude and gives incorrect information whenever I get her on a call, this could be dangerous bc she has given me incorrect info about my health on several occasions and she is also very rude.All the other receptionists are truly amazing and the doctors and nurses in this office are top notch. 98% of the time I have a wonderful experience with this office.4 starts bc of the few times my wife and I have had to deal with the rude woman (I won’t mention her name).Tammy Vargas is a great doctor. I highly recommend her as a pcp.
