Unfortunately this office has gone down hill. Providers are unable to see their patients in a timely manner. They are understaffed and booked out months making care with your pcp impossible. Receptionists are also rude.

Don't recommend at all. After waiting 3 months my appointment, the office canceled it (the doctor couldn't, which I can understand). They asked me to call to reschedule and then told me the next appointment will be in 6 months. I ask to see someone sooner, especially because they canceled the appointment. I told them I will have to see another doctor otherwise. The lady said "ok", and hung up on me. I will never go back there.

Very happy with the Cooley Dickinson Medical Group in Belchertown. My primary care physician, Dr Victoria Noble, moved there from a private practice when this group opened, and my husband and I followed her there. She's a wonderful doctor, makes excellent referrals when we need specialized care, and knows when to suggest a Telemed appointment and when to have us come in in person. She's efficient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and skillful. She's also overworked, and mentioned to me on my last visit that the electronic record keeping system there (the output of which I find informative and useful) is very poorly designed from the provider's point of view -- onerously time-consuming and not efficient at all. That's a pity -- doctors are reportedly burning out and leaving, which is a terrible loss!

Had pretty high hopes for this place, waited 3 months for an intake. Unfortunately they made me reschedule because I had covid symptoms and want to make me wait another 3 months for an appointment.

One of the best decisions I ever made was choosing Belchertown Internal Medicine and NP Kerry Chenausky. She is wonderful—knowledgeable, thorough, kind, patient. She takes as much time as one needs and gets to the bottom of the problem. She is wonderful. The office is very clean, everyone friendly and efficient.

Great new facility with kind staff. Short wait times and can always reach them by phone. They can always get you in quickly for a sick if you have an urgent need. My doctor, Dr. Soar is fantastic. Strongly recommend

This was my first visit there to see my doctor the place was very clean very friendly I felt more at Lee's I didn't feel tense they were very knowledgeable and what was going on with me they were very informed of my medical issues I'm going to be looking forward to going back there again as I need to and having my medical care taking care of their
